FAQ's:
Q: My family only has one email address. Can each family member use the same email for Patient Portal?
A: No, a unique and individual email is needed for each chart. This limitation is in place to keep each patients clinical information private.
Q: How do I change my email for Patient Portal?
A: Contact your providers office to change your email address associated with your portal account. You may also change your email at the front desk when you check in for appointments at any NSC clinic.
Q: I can’t find the doctor’s chart notes from my last visit. How do I find them in Patient Portal?
A: You will be able to view allergies, problems, medications, vaccines, vital signs, and lab results. Individual chart notes and imaging (including x-ray) are not available in Patient Portal.
About Northwest Specialty Clinics:
A natural evolution of specialty care in Western Oregon, Northwest Specialty Clinics includes more than 70 physicians and medical providers who serve the vast majority of patients' specialty care needs. For more than 40 years, these independently
practicing specialists have provided state-of-the-art medical care. In 2004, the vision for a more integrated group of independent specialists became the concept for Northwest Specialty Clinics, which has since become a specialty care leader in
Eugene/Springfield and surrounding areas. This vision coalesced around several key principles that include providing innovative medical care in a patient-oriented environment that focuses on coordinated care across the care continuum, and on returning
patients to wellness. Northwest Specialty Clinics specialists provide enhanced medical care through a shared Electronic Medical Record (EMR) that allows patient charts to be accessed across specialties. With multiple locations of care, Northwest
Specialty Clinics' most recent development is our state-of-the-art, 125,000-square-foot building on the RiverBend campus in Springfield. These locations of care allow specialists to function collaboratively, while utilizing the most innovative
technology and comprehensive care. More details can be found on our website here on the Northwest Specialty Clinics Website.
